We will endeavour to provide you with some delicious healthy food and drink options, all handpicked from some of the amazing local talent that we have in the East Midlands. Mostly vegan, but not entirely and also a few treats thrown in to take home. Because it’s all about the balance!

BODY

We really do have some amazing health and fitness talent from the independent sector joining us.  Try something new or support your own trainer/teacher at one of our classes if they’re teaching. Find yourself a personal trainer or soak up the info about the many classes taking place each week in the region.  

MIND

We need to workout our mind as well as our bodies.  Join our inspiring speakers and experts for an educational experience from whom you can learn new skills to help keep your mind positive and able to deal with life's challenges.  

BEAUTY

Enjoy getting your hair braided, eyebrows threaded or your nails painted. We can’t wait to see what our beauty corner has in store this year.

SOUL

You will find a selection of workshops with a focus on activities which are good for the soul and the mind. Singing bowls, crystal healing, manifestation and a gong bath are just a few of the classes available.

MARKETPLACE

Our 'Feel Good Festival' would not be complete without a marketplace where you can treat yourself to a massage, shop inspirational or thoughtful items, homemade produce and goods & services that will help you create your own 'happy place'. We will also introduce you to some of the amazing individuals working locally in the health, fitness and wellness industry.    

FINDING THE EVENT

The Roundhouse Derby has great transport links. Chargeable parking will be available near to the venue on Pride Park and the train station is next door to the event.  It is also in walking or cycling distance from the city centre.
